H.I.I.T stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This class is designed to build stamina and cardiovascular fitness. Intervals can range from short, intense bouts of work to longer, more endurance minded workout sets. We’ll utilize bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, dumbbells and our mat to create this total body workout!
