In addition to personal training sessions, we also offer a wide variety of Small Group Classes. Whether you’re just starting out, or are a seasoned exercise enthusiast, our classes will challenge you to do your best while you have fun! Circuit FLEX & Shape up Circuit

This type of exercise works whole body and improves conditioning and muscular endurance. Open circuit training is done by performing one exercise after another, set up at various stations. For example you might perform a set of squats followed by a set of upright rows followed by curls etc. The trainer will guide you through the exercises, often twice around the entire circuit, then you are free to continue as you wish.

Total Body Resistance Band Training

If you’ve got achy joints, or are slowly recovering from an injury, bands are a lower-impact option to build muscle while keeping your joints out of harm’s way. If you’re bored to death with your current workouts, bands create a new way to stimulate muscle growth by making it easier to control the resistance and keep it consistently on the targeted muscle.

TRX Training

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This workout requires you to engage your core with every exercise, you get a total-body workout every time you train. Burn calories and increase your cardiovascular endurance.

Interval Training

Interval training is a type of full body training that involves a series of low- to high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. Exercises include body weight, dumbbells, TRX, Bosu and more.

Insanity

The program is based on a fitness method called “max interval training.” In traditional interval training, you exercise at a very intense pace for a short period of time, and then rest for longer periods in between. The idea is to increase your aerobic fitness level while burning fat.

R.I.P.P.E.D

Join certified R.I.P.P.E.D. Instructor, Elaine and experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components of R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective…You DO NOT want to miss out on this awesome workout!!

Tai Chi

An ancient Chinese Martial Art that is commonly practiced for health and fitness. We will explore a short form (24 movements), a long form (88 movements), qi gong (deep breathing / stretching routines), meditation, and push-hands (partner drills). If interest is shown, we can also explore joint locks and pressure points (for health and defense).

Beginner Strength and Balance

Improve strength, muscle tone, bone density, and develop a routine that you repeat on your own with confidence! We’ll review how to use the machines as well as utilize dumbbells to build a balanced strength routine.

Core Strong

This thirty minute class is full of core exercises to strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many physical activities.

Mommy & Me ‘Fit & Strong

45 minute full body workout designed for parents and caregivers. Children play and interact with other children while you workout.

Zumba

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

P90x

A wide variety of exercise styles is part of what makes P90X so effective. It includes resistance training, body-weight training, cardio, plyometrics, core work, martial arts, stretching, and even yoga.

Yoga for Strong Bones & Healthy Bodies

A gentle yoga for beginners looking to develop flexibility, strength, and most importantly, relax! Improve your mind-body connection by letting your breathing guide your postures and flow in our low-pressure environment. Modifications and props will be offered as needed.

Mixed Level Spin

Designed to raise your heart rate, burn calories, and strengthen the lower body, Spin classes offer the benefits of group exercise with the flexibility of working at your own level. All levels, from beginner to advanced, are welcome in mixed level classes. Come find inspiration to challenge yourself to a new level and get a GREAT workout!

Spin it to Win it

Indoor Cycling class designed to get your heart rate up. Class consists of a variety of jumps, climbs and more! No way to burn off those calories!

Beginner Strength Training

We’ll cover you from top to bottom as we systematically work through arms, chest, back, abs and thighs in this traditional strength training class. This is a great way to learn the basics and build a foundation of strength for those new to exercise OR the perfect opportunity to build upon the strength you already have. Guaranteed to get your metabolism going!

Silver Sneakers Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Butts & Guts

Looking for a class that gives you a good burn in the hips, thighs and core? You’ve found it! Butts & Guts incorporates mixture of mat work & strength training using balls, bands, gliders & more to tone your midsection and glutes! Upbeat and fun!

BodyShred Circuit

Jillian Michaels designed Bodyshred around her 3-2-1 interval workout method, which consists of three minutes of strength training, two minutes of cardio and one minute of core work. Each exercise within each category lasts 30 seconds, and the full circuit is repeated until you hit 30 minutes.

Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Chair Yoga

Breathe, stretch, and flow as you relax your body and calm your mind in this gentle yoga class! Achieve many familiar yoga poses with the support of the chair to easy any strain or discomfort on the knees, hips, and back.

Spin Fusion

30 minutes of Spinning + 30 minutes of training. Training could be TRX, bosu & weights, could be anything! Each week will be a little something different. Guaranteed to keep your workout fresh and fun!

Burn it to Earn it Spin

Time to unwind after a busy work week. Why not kick start the weekend with a boost of energy with Burn It to Earn It. It is a great way to burn a few calories and fit in some cardio before the weekend fun begins.
