In addition to personal training sessions, we also offer a wide variety of Small Group Classes. Whether you’re just starting out, or are a seasoned exercise enthusiast, our classes will challenge you to do your best while you have fun! Monday & Friday
This type of exercise works whole body and improves conditioning and muscular endurance. Open circuit training is done by performing one exercise after another, set up at various stations. (last start at 9:45am)

Join certified R.I.P.P.E.D. Instructor, Elaine and experience this total body “plateau proof fitness
formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components of R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective…You DO NOT want to miss out on this awesome workout!!

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This workout requires you to engage your core with every exercise, you get a total-body workout every time you train.
Beginner Strength Training
5:00 – 6:30pm
We’ll cover you from top to bottom as we systematically work through arms, chest, back, abs and thighs in this traditional strength training class. This is a great way to learn the basics and build a foundation of strength for those new to exercise OR the perfect opportunity to build upon the strength you already have. Guaranteed to get your metabolism going!
5:00 – 6:30pm
Kettlebell Training is a mixture of skills building and high intensity circuit training making for both a fun and challenging experience. The intensity of the session can be modified by using different sizes of kettlebells or by changing the number of repetitions. For this reason beginners and those with experience can participate in the same class. Kettlebell training will build long lean muscles, improve strength and power in the upperbody, core and increase coordination, joint mobility and overall endurance.
2:30 – 3:15pm
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Designed to raise your heart rate, burn calories, and strengthen the lower body, Spin classes offer the benefits of group exercise with the flexibility of working at your own level. All levels, from beginner to advanced, are welcome in mixed level classes. Come find inspiration to challenge yourself to a new level and get a GREAT workout!
Total Body BOSU

This BOSU training class is designed to help with posture, balance and movement control. Enjoy a full body workout that focuses on body weight exercises to stabilize your core, increase strength, stamina and endurance.
Beginner Strength & Balance
9:00 – 9:45am
Improve strength, muscle tone, bone density, and develop a routine that you repeat on your own with confidence! We’ll review how to use the machines as well as utilize dumbbells to build a balanced strength routine.
Yoga for Strong Bones & Healthy Bodies
10:30 – 11:30am
A gentle yoga for beginners looking to develop flexibility, strength, and most importantly, relax! Improve your mindbody connection by letting your breathing guide your postures and flow in our low-pressure environment. Modifications and props will be offered as needed.
5:00 – 6:30pm
HardCore is a fun, moderately intense class, done using a circuit style set up. Using bodyweight exercises, light weights, and light cardio our HardCore Circuit will engage your entire core from your chest to your thighs!! This is a great way for all fitness levels to get in a full body workout. You will have so much FUN, you won’t even realize you are working hard.

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This
high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Breathe, stretch, and flow as you relax your body and calm your mind in this gentle yoga class! Achieve many familiar yoga poses with the support of the chair to easy any strain or discomfort on the knees, hips, and back.

RUMBLE is an authentic, yet simple to master, cardio mixed martial arts adapted for the group exercise environment! You will use a weapon; The Rumble Stick – creates a higher degree of training and is an extension of your body, which enhances spatial awareness and overall movement.
